Glee star Kevin McHale in Sondheim's The Frogs
The upcoming revival of Sondheim's The Frogs at the Southwark Playhouse will star Glee favourite Kevin McHale, who makes his UK debut in the role of Xanthius. The rarely staged interpretation of Aristophanes' 405 BC The Frogs runs at the Large in Borough from 23 May until 28 June, and is presented by The Grey Area - the company behind Southwark's much-praised production of Anyone Can Whistle (which starred Society pal Alex Young as Cora).
The Grammy-nominated McHale starred as Artie Abrams in the Fox musical comedy-drama series Glee.
