Fra Fee to judge at Stephen Sondheim student competition
Joining Edward Seckerson's jury for this year's Stephen Sondheim Society Student Performer of the Year competition is Fra Fre.
Fra is an award-winning Irish actor and singer best known for his role as Kazi in the hit Disney+ series Hawkeye, set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and Courfeyrac in Tom Hooper’s movie adaptation of Les Misérables.
Other screen appearances include Lost Boys & Fairies (BBC); Zack Snyder’s Rebel Moon (Netflix); Scrooge: A Christmas Carol (Netflix), Cinderella (Sony), Animals, Pixie, Boys from County Hell, Dalgliesh, As You Like It (NT Live), and Troubles.
Fra’s numerous stage roles include Edmund in King Lear (Almeida); The Emcee in Cabaret (The Kit Kat Club), the world premiere of Jez Butterworth’s The Ferryman directed by Sam Mendes (Royal Court Theatre, West End & Broadway) for which he won a Whatsonstage Award for Best Supporting Actor In a Play; Translations; As You Like It (National Theatre); The Last Five Years, Putting It Together (Lyric Theatre, Belfast); Follies (Opéra de Toulon) Romeo & Juliet; My Cousin Rachel (Gate Theatre, Dublin); Candide (Menier Chocolate Factory); and Les Misérables (Queens Theatre).
