Send in the Clowns: Sondheim's Extraordinary Women
West End stars Nigel Richards, Beverley Klein and Charlotte Page, SSSSPOTY winner Corrine Priest, and Musical Director Jason Carr to appear in the Society's summer special at the Lichfield Festival
Send In The Clowns showcases the extraordinary women in the musicals of Stephen Sondheim. Lovers, wives, witches, pie-making psychotics… each compelling creation has shaped the face of modern musical theatre. Singing songs from the Broadway legend’s hit shows including Sweeney Todd, Into the Woods and A Little Night Music will be Beverley Klein, Charlotte Page and Corrine Priest, with help from Nigel Richards and Musical Director Jason Carr.
